An apartment is located in a private gated house right beside the river and big recreational area (a park). So it's quiet, the air feels cool and fresh even at +30C heat. The bus stop is close by and it's just several stops to the city center, at the same time taxies are not expensive. the apartment is clean, kitchen, bathroom, bed linings, towels - everything seems new. The communication with the host is easy and I had all my questions answered almost immediately. I recommend the place for a short or long time stay in Almaty city

We were not even hesitating to book as it was rarely available during our trip. This cottage is beyond our expectation. We stayed here for 2 nights and really loved it here. Will definitely come back. We have a garden to walk around, nice cold stream for ice bath, bbq pit for dinner, hammock for relaxing. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Excellent place. Good location, walking distance from Green Bazaar and the Cathedral Ascension. Central Park is also 3-4 min walk. The decor of the apartment is also amazing. The apartment itself is very good. Spacious room and the lounge/sitting room was where we spent our time and watched TV at night. Internet facility is available , you can easily log in to Netflix and watch movies. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you can think of, right from oil, salt, sugar to cheese grater and other cooking accessories. The same goes for the bathroom. neat and clean, he provided clean towels, tooth brush and tooth paste along with ear cleaning buds. I mean these people take care of everything and provide everything. You think of it and it's there in the house. The sweetest gesture was the box of chocolates that was kept for us as a welcome present. Overall, we had a great experience.

The chalet is perfectly situated in a serene valley with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The house was extremely comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, large couches, and huge master bedroom. Our only issue was with the third bedroom... it's in the basement with a long flight of stairs and no bathroom. The downstairs area was also quite musty smelling and dark. I would highly recommend the place for two upstairs bedrooms (and sofa couches if needed). The views and experience are fully worth it!
