We had already had the opportunity to visit Villa Los Cabos before, however, not in New Year's Eve seasons. It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. The person who supported us with the cleaning on the 10-A, extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Can’t even begin to express of how beautiful Alejandra’s home is…. The pictures don’t do any justice to the house, the cleaning person Irma is amazing and very friendly, the house has everything you need, very well maintained and equipped. My family had a great time and we were al extremely satisfied with the house and all its amenities. All the rooms and big and very spacious, bathrooms are super super clean, overall the house is very well maintained. I hope to be back soon, this is definitely my home away from home :)

Mario is helpful and responsive. I have had no problems but if I did I am comfortable he would help me. The house is great and so is the staff. Great food.

Considering that the reservation was in the highest season where the Paredon is filled and similar to other beach areas in the country suffer from power outages, Jorge and his co-hosts were always on the lookout for my stay, even supporting with an auxiliary power system so that we could enjoy comfortably and peacefully. If there are some things to improve in terms of taps and electric capacity but otherwise the house is super equipped, very well located and with a proximity and beautiful view to the beach. I'll definitely consider staying again when I come back. Thank you so much!

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.

Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. Juan Humberto was always looking out for us and making us feel at ease. Gloria also provided us with wonderful assistance and made it possible to enjoy our vacation even more.
