Those who love to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with plenty of privacy and space. My girlfriend and I live in the other building but are often away due to work and show all respect for your privacy

La maison est équipée pour accueillir un bébé. La maison profite également d'un jardin privatif d'environ 400m2 avec un espace terrasse où vous pourrez prendre vos repas en extérieur (barbecue disponible). Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
