Family-friendly holiday rentals in Es Pelats

Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bonnix. The house & view are perfect. They supplied everything you could need for a week’s stay in terms of utensils, towels etc (check the shed before buying pool/garden toys) and the service, with bbq cleaning every day & a cleaner once a week, was brilliant. Super private & fuss-free check in/check out. You need a car to get around but super quick to get to Pollenca and alcudia. Not that we wanted to leave the villa much! We hope to visit again.

Lovely peaceful location in the countryside. Great to hear all the farm animals during the day and the local wildcat night. Perfect for kids as there is so much to play with and Bibi and Heber are very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was clean and bright. Martine is very nice and responds very quickly to messages!

Beautiful place with a gorgeous sunset view over the sea and mountains. Very peaceful place to stay and felt homely. Glad I decided to stay here as it was my first time in Cala Ratjada but I felt like it was the perfect location and the beaches nearby are spacious. Host was very friendly.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

We had a wonderful stay in the accommodation, the view of the mountains is beautiful and the location makes it possible to be close to everything on the island, ideal for visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at Can Mollet. Joana is lovely and thoughtful, gave us a full tour of the house, and was easy to reach when necessary. She even got our children some beach toys. The house is exactly as pictured, cosy and charming, clean and with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outside space to share dinners, lounge around, swim and enjoy the quiet. Beaches and various nice little villages to visit just a little drive away. We would love to come back some day!

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything this beautiful town has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset and crystal clear seawater is a very short walk away. The shop (just round the corner) and restaurant (on the corner) are excellent. The host is very amenable, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. They provided us with detailed guides and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. We had the most amazing time at jose’s home. Jose and his daughter were so welcoming and made check in so easy. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The home was was very well equipped and had everything we needed. He was very accommodating with late check out too. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to los delfines town which has everything you need. We hope to go back soon! The view was spectacular. Everything you would need for the most perfect holiday with your family! Thank you jose! If you are reading this review, dont hesitate, just book!

Serra was awesome. Easy reservation and check in. Place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, beach, walking distance to park, market, and restaurant which was the best place we ate at during our month in Spain. Pool was nice and had toys and floats.

The finca is super beautiful. The hosts are warm, easily accessible and have an open ear. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would come back immediately. However, my friend drove the big rental car (Opel Combo) the way to the finca. The road is not for the faint of heart. With a normal car (no station wagon or SUV) it should be quite easy. Everything is feasible, just slow and attentive. Arta is a 20-minute walk away. The small shops invite you to stroll around and there are 46 restaurants to try out. We had a perfect 10 days in this accommodation: the house is very clean, well-appointed, with nice decorative touches. It feels good!! Two beautiful terraces, one at the front for meals and the other at the back for aperitif or rest :-) The pool is a real plus when we went to explore the area during the day - swimming on the way back was just perfect. A stone's throw from the very pleasant walk leading to Cala Rajada and its liveliness. A property to remember. Thank you! 5 min walk to Son Moll beach.

We loved staying at Estefanía's place. The location was in a peacful area about 15 minutes to the beaches in Alcúdia and only five minutes from the stores in Sa Pobla. We especially loved the pool and the AC. We did have to buy soap, trash bags, and other things but it wasn't a big deal. We did have issues with the wifi with three people working remotely and it cut in and out occasionally, even with that, we'd recommend the beautiful house.

We had a perfect week and enjoyed the stay very much. Super nice accommodation with magnificent views of the sea.
