Wonderful place, very quiet, and with options in the house for all tastes. The days we spent we hosted were great, without unforeseen events and everything went very well. Host has been helpful whenever we need and highly recommend this location.

The house is very good, the bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. And everything was extremely clean in the smallest details. The outside was very well taken care of and the host was very helpful. We recommend it!!

The Sobradinho Vermelho is a delight, cozy and bright. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location close to the beach, which is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The place is amazing, just like in the photos, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, great dining table and the location is without comment. Fernão is a great person who I had the pleasure of meeting on the beach. Very calm, gave several tips about the place before we went and was super helpful when I needed it. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Host very available and attentive whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

There were 11 of us, and there was room for everyone. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is large, the living room is spacious and comfortable. The view is wonderful, there is a path that leads directly to the beach. The stay was very pleasant, I would definitely come back. The host was very friendly and helpful. Note 10 of 10.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

We stay in a simply wonderful house! Impeccable in every detail — extremely clean, organized, full of charm and comfort. The structure was complete, with everything we needed and a little more. Best of all? Foot in the sand! We woke up to the sound of the sea and, in a few steps, we had our feet on the beach. A true paradise! The children had too much fun, could play freely in the sand, run, explore... It was a rest for the adults and pure joy for the little ones. The place is amazing, super quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy unforgettable days with the family. We want to go back now!

Wonderful Stay! We had a great vacation at this house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place was very clean. Wesley, the host, was always helpful and responded promptly whenever we had questions. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and even less to get to a supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, and other local spots. We really enjoyed both the house and the neighborhood, and we felt very well taken care of by the host. Highly recommended!
