Sit on the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. There's plenty of walks around Erskine foreshore or take the kayaks out for a bit of a paddle. Boundary Island Brewery is just a few minutes walk away.

Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.

On the Waterside Canals we have a magnificent view facing west for a kilometre. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish upstairs studio apartment on the 2nd floor. Expect to have a restful break whilst having every opportunity to exhaust yourself. Bring bathers for kayaking and swimming. Have a game of tennis, go bike riding, watch a movie, or read a book.
