Located metres from the seat front, with steps down to the beach, just over 1 kilometre to Ballyconneely and also situated between the picturesque towns of Clifden and Roundstone. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. Kylemore Abbey and Gardens are just across the lake outside the door which is suitable for fishing with boat hire also available
