The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

It is small but very well divided! 20 minutes to Vienna!There is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna, so I recommend parking garages! A quiet place with small farmer's shops. Unfortunately, there is no shop on site. 5 km to Harmannsdorf baker, inn Two bicycles are also available if needed. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on weekends, few buses run! (€10 per ride with the hostess possible at any time, please arrange in advance!)

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Relax with the whole family in "Haus Henk" Close to Vienna and close to many sights, this vacation home is located in the district of Korneuburg. Space for up to 8 people. Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
