The nearest hut on the mountain is about 35 minutes away on foot. St. Gotthard 800 m with inn The town of Texing is about 3 km away with a bakery, gas station, Adeg market, cafe, inn, pizzeria, etc. There are a few bee colonies on the property of my beekeeping K(r)asser Bio Honig, which also gives you the opportunity to watch them at work!

Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house.
