This is a nice spot to stay if you are wanting to be near Toronto, but not quite in the city itself. Clear communication, and a good amount to do in the nearby area (especially with respect to food options or light outdoor activities).

We had a great stay here as a last minute booking due to another host cancelling our booking a couple days before our trip. I'm glad she did because we had a wonderful stay here! Beds were very comfortable, loved that there was extra linens and blankets, and the house was very spacious. The location is truly amazing! So many cool restaurants to try that are walking distance, a full rec centre that was walking distance, and it was a beautiful area to walk in. We also extremely appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. Very quick to respond as well. It was a fun kids free weekend away but we would also stay here again with our families!

This is a beautiful place with great hosts and flexible check in and check out times. The location is closer to all shops, banks and plazas. The hosts were always responsive. We requested for a late check out and despite the next booking we got an extra hour and a half which really helped us plan our day. The house is perfect for families with 2.5 baths and 2 beds. The only downside we felt was the stairs as this is a stacked house. Everything else was pretty easy and comfortable.

This place is amazing. For sure, it is going to be my number 1 pick each time I visit Toronto. The view you see from the window is breath taking. The host was very friendly and he makes me feel at home.

We must say that David's place was a steal. Yes, it is a studio but the way it's decorated and every detail is so thoughtfully crafted such as the sizing of the couch, to the little extra things that people may forget for toiletries. We were so happy that we picked this spot for overnight stay before some hospital appointments. The bed is so comfortable. It's not a huge space which makes it easier to keep in order with closets big enough that they will hold all your things - just remember to bring extra clothes hangers. The enclosed balcony is a nice touch as well, and it's clear David's cleaner do pay attention to the little details. We hope to be back one day and that we will be welcomed! It's a quiet building with respectful people and is fairly quiet until the GO starts running which is to be expected.
