The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Quiet location on the farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a little louder due to the equipment being operated. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest town with a discount store, petrol station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, seating and outdoor seating are at your disposal.

Quiet, bright apartment in the north of Landshut

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room there is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
