Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.

There is a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. A 2nd toilet is on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor as well as the living room with TV and access to the terrace to the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. Subway can be reached in about 9 minutes on foot. A feel-good place. Only the rooms described are offered, all others are not.
