Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

The apartment is beautiful, superbly furnished and perfectly prepared. She had even baked a cake for us, water and a bottle of sparkling wine were waiting for us in the fridge. Something special is the large, well-kept garden with different seating options. Stefania was very friendly and always available. It doesn't get any better than that. 100% recommendation.

The apartment is very quietly located in a small park, less than 5 minutes walk from a beach. Rovinj with numerous beautiful restaurants and attractions can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a private parking space right outside the door. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples and communication with Zora went smoothly. We enjoyed the stay very much overall!

Great and cozy place, excellent view

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

A beautiful house in which nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick answers and helpful tips!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

The property and the whole area are a dream. We were there as a family with two kids. Other family were also there, everyone got along well and you still had your peace and quiet. There are plenty of loungers by the pool and the pool itself is very nicely located. The location is very suitable for day trips to Venice, Verona, Padua or Vincenza. All in all, we can fully recommend the place to everyone and will definitely come back!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We stayed at Iva's apartment for a week. The apartment is super clean, furnished and there is everything you need. The hostess was very nice and always had an open ear for questions and gave us tips. She stopped by every day and asked if everything was okay. The apartment is super quiet in a dead end street. To the beach it is 5 minutes by car. We will be happy to return.

The house is lovely and the view spectacular. Mariussa went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to show us places of interest, especially the local museum with its very interesting archeological finds

We had a relaxing week with 6 people and two dogs, although the weather was unfortunately not so great at times. Each room has its own bathroom, the beautiful olive garden with pool was completely enclosed with a fence/wall and the location of the house was perfect for excursions or driving to the sea in a few minutes. A well-stocked supermarket is also within walking distance. House/kitchen is well equipped and the freezer is large enough for BARFers ;-). Matea and her mom are super nice and quickly accessible if you need anything. We and the dogs felt very comfortable, thank you!

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

Location is wonderful - 10 minute walk from the train station/Piazzale Romana, close to the main sights, but quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb has three floors - the main floor has the kitchen, dining, and one bathroom (with shower), the middle floor has one bedroom, and the upper floor has one bedroom and a second bathroom (without shower). We appreciated having the second bathroom since there were four of us. The kitchen had coffee and basic needs for our stay. We loved the feeling of staying in a Venetian home and would recommend it.
