Fantastic stay! Loved the peaceful neighborhood and Bertha was quick to respond whenever we needed her to! Honestly I don’t think the photos do the house enough justice because it is gorgeous and quite spacious!

We had a nice thanksgiving weekend! The home was clean and spacious. Sandra answered all questions, and did everything possible make us comfortable. Thanks again!

Perfect weekend getaway from NYC! Only a two hour and a half drive. The place was nice and clean and had lots of amenities to offer. The hosts were also very friendly and informative.

We loved this place so much we already re-booked for next year. Not only is it beautiful inside and out, there is a really great vibe to the owners and property. Since there are so many wonderful reviews already, we want to highlight some things to do. Browning Beaver Meadow Sanctuary is nearby and an easy walk around a pond. It can be a little wet in places. Tusten Mountain Trail was a beautiful moderate hike with wonderful views. Prompton State park waterfall trail was wonderful. Honesdale is the best place we found for groceries and has various shops. Bouchoux trail at Jensen’s Ledges was pretty but the road getting there was scary and we wouldn’t do it again. Delaware Highlands Conservancy was exceptional but no dogs except near the parking area. Irving Cliff was nice. You can hike up or just drive to the top.
