Beachfront holiday rental in Epirus

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Great stay here! Gorgeous flat with fantastic view. In a great spot in Gaios near beaches and restaurants but was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and cozy. Athina was friendly and helpful. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Nagyon kedves és barátságos vendéglátók! Külön köszönjük a ruggalmasságukat, hogy a repülő késése miatt hajnal 3ig megvártak bennünket és bekészített italokkal és harapnivalóval vártak! Csodás kis házikó, ízlésesen, otthosan berendezve. Ragyogó tisztaság mindenhol. Szuper közel van a privát tengerpart, nyugodt és sekély a víz. Szépen gondozott a kert, béke és csend vett körül minket, pont erre vágytunk. Remek kirándulási lehetőségek vannak a környéken! Köszönjük, igazán kipihenve és feltöltődve távoztunk!

Anna was really responsive and proactive in arranging our visit. The apartment is in an amazing location, just a few steps away from great restaurants. A lovely stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte est venu nous chercher et ramener au port, ce qui a été très agréable . L emplacement est idéal avec la vue sur la mer , non loin du port (2 minutes à pieds) sans les désagréments. La petite plage en bas est un plus. Le linge de maison a été changé , même pour un court séjour. Notre hôte était très gentille et accueillante. Le logement est beaucoup mieux en vrai que sur les photos et est spatieux . Je recommande !

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

Το Πάσχα αποφασίσαμε εγώ και η οικογένειά μου να το περάσουμε στην όμορφη Παργα ! Εξαιρετικό και μαγευτικό τοπίο !! Το κατάλυμα άριστο και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με το κέντρο ! Περάσαμε υπέροχα ! Η κυρία Κατερίνα με βοήθησε λόγω των ημερών σε πολλά πράγματα !! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!

Άψογη διαμονή στο απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο. Ήταν ότι επιθυμούσαμε από τη διαμονή μας. Υποδοχή με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια από τους οικοδεσπότες. Άψογο design σε εσωτερικούς κι εξωτερικούς χώρους. Ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας καθώς μας υποδέχτηκαν με κρασί και λαχταριστές σοκολάτες. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Οι εργαζόμενοι στον χώρο κινούνται πάντα με διακριτικότητα ώστε να μην ενοχλούν τους διαμένοντες. Όλοι πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα με την ευχή να επιστρέψουμε ξανά.

Excellent séjour dans l’une des maisons de Dianela : hyper fonctionnellle, proximité avec Gaios, la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer : splendide, changement des draps et serviettes à deux reprises durant le séjour de 7 jours : exceptionnel, je recommande

If looking to come to Kavos, I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. From the moment we booked, Grigoris was in contact with us straight away and made us feel completely at home. Sandy beach was an amazing place to stay. Not only was Grigoris helpful but everyone else that worked there too was outstanding. The food was amazing, the cleaners were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time travelling to Greece and Grigoris really made us feel at home. The facilities around Sandybeach are amazing too. There is a beach with sun loungers, a shop across the street and a nearby ATM. The room we had was very clean and the cleaners were there every morning to have clean towels for us and to change the bins. The bed linen was very clean and you couldn’t have asked for a better room. Overall I want to thank Grigoris so much for his brilliant hospitality and when I come back to Kavos again I will definitely be booking to stay in Sandybeach. Yamas Grigoris!

We had an amazing time at Rena’s villa! The property is huge with lots of grassy space, and the pool with a jacuzzi was a hit with both the kids and adults. It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, comfortably fitting our two families with small kids. We had everything we needed and ended up spending several days just enjoying the place. The location is great—just a few minutes away, we found what we think is the best beach in the area. There’s plenty to do in Syvota, but honestly, we were just as happy staying at the villa. Rena was awesome, super helpful with tips before and during our stay, and always quick to respond. Thanks, Rena, for the warm hospitality. We won’t forget this trip and can’t wait to come back!

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος .Οι άνθρωποι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί .Ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος , μια πολύ μεγάλη έκταση με πορτοκαλιές πολύ περιποιημένος .Είχε δρομάκια και τα παιδιά μπορούσαν να κάνουν πατίνι και είχε ένα γηπεδάκι για μπάσκετ , ποδόσφαιρο ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη δραστηριότητα. Ο χώρος ήταν κλειστός οπότε ένιωθες ασφάλεια .Ατομικό πάρκινγκ. Αν και Απρίλιος ευχαριστηθήκαμε την πισίνα. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , περιποιημένο , καθαρό , με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι στην κουζίνα κυρίως. Η κοντινότερη θάλασσα 3' με το αυτοκίνητο ή 6' με τα πόδια. Ένας μικρός παράδεισος με πολύ φύση και κυρίως προσφέρει την ηρεμία και την θαλπωρή που όλοι αναζητούμε στις διακοπές!!!

Séjour au top! Le lieu est magnifique. La piscine superbe. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Hôtes très accueillants. Lieu calme.

Lovely Villa located on an idyllic island. We were 3 adult couples that came to Paxos for a relatives wedding. This Villa was perfect with 3 en-suite bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private outdoor spaces for all fresco dining , barbecue area and a superb pool. There is a beach just below the Villa 50m away which was very private. We hired 2 quad bikes and a motor scooter to explore the island and the numerous beach bars. We are already planning a return visit next year hopefully to Villa Sophia. Thanks Sofonios, we had a great holiday

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές και πολύ ευρύχωρο. Λίγα μόλις λεπτά από την παραλια και το κάστρο της Πάργας με τα πόδια. Η Christine ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική, πρόσχαρη και βοηθητική σε ό,τι αφορά τις το σπίτι και γενικά την περιοχή. Θα το ξανά επισκεφτομουν σίγουρα!!

Wonderful place to stay. Huge house with private garden and next to the sea. We were with the family of 4 people and two kids and had a very comfortable week! Enough space for everybody. Recommend to everybody.

The apartment of Eutimios is a real homebase with a nice patio looking over the sea. located at the quiet part of the beach and off the road it is really chilltime 😀. his father is living above and always helpful, very convenient if neede!

Εξαιρετικός προορισμός! Ο χώρος πανέμορφος, πεντακάθαρος κ πολύ καλά διακοσμημένος! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, ο εξωτερικός χώρος καθώς κ θέα που αντικρίζεις κάθε φορά είναι τέλεια. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ ευγενική κ ο στόχος της είναι πως θα σε κάνει να νιώσεις όσο πιο γίνεται! Επίσης ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για παιδιά μικρής ηλικίας! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία σας.

Katerina was so helpful we did hade problems with Airbnb but she fix it for us so fast so we are really thankful!! It was the great place to stay with big family and the kids . We did hade best sound on the evening ( ocean) . You have everything you need for good and relaxing time. We hade best neighbours so helpful and kind. the only thing was that it was to warm to sleep on the 3 floor ( no air conditioning) during hot days its I little bit challenging to sleep. It’s private place and you can take long walk in the morning . The place is the home ! We definitely gonna come back ! Take Lidl and the other supermarket is just 6 min with car and remember it’s close on Sunday.

Great place to stay for families at the quiet part of the village. The bars and restaurants are just a short walk away, but not close enough to be a nuisance. The beach is great and there are a lot of other great beaches just a short drive away. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no WiFi and the cellular coverage is marginal. Pack a book or two :) Dimitra is an awesome host and made our stay a pleasure.
