A spacious apartment, located just 600 meters from the beach, 12 km from the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and 700 meters from the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus. Το πέτρινο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας έχει καλαίσθητους χώρους που προσφέρουν άνετη διαμονή, οικογενειακή και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα με μπαλκόνια και θέα στο χωριό. Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The apartment is located 800 meters from the old town of Nafplio (10 minutes by foot). This cute apartment (25 square meters) is on the 1st floor with all necessary equipment. Also, there is a balcony and a beautiful garden with barbecue.
