Villa holiday rentals in Epidavros

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Ma Maison and hope to see you soon!

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

Beautiful villa with pool and large garden of oranges, grapefruit and olives, which we were allowed to use to prepare the best ever orange juice. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation and much more. It was very clean and well kept. It has an outside kitchen near the pool with dining area and seating place. It is located in a quiet place but only few minutes drive from Napflio. It is actually more beautiful than the photos… Stefanos, the owner, was very helpful, he welcomed us, explaining about the villa and offered recommendations for restaurants. We had great time in the villa and would be happy to return for another vacation.

Mara and Bam were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay. Our group of 4 had a wonderful time even in the off-season. There was spinach pie waiting for us and sweet treats upon arrival. They clearly communicated what restaurants were open and connected us with a water taxi service. The kitchen has everything and more to make meals. The space was relaxing, stunning, and the perfect get away for our time in Greece.

Anna was very helpful arranging rides for us and flexible in allowing us to add a day after we experienced flight disruptions. The location was perfect- easily accessible with short walks to key tourist sights, nice restaurants and shopping. The spacious lodging accommodated a family of 5 easily. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter with fewer clothes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

This was the second time we have stayed at Katerina’s place and we again really enjoyed our stay. Katerina was very kind in collecting our luggage from the port on our arrival and for being really helpful during our stay. We recommend her place highly!

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

Wonderful! A pool with views over the sea, which you could walk to in a couple of minutes.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in einem sehr schönen Haus mit absolut toller Lage, was die Aussicht anbelangt. Man muss wissen, dass es etwas abseits in den Bergen liegt und deshalb etwas Fahrerei bedeutet. Aber neben dem sehr gemütlichen und mit wirklich Allem ausgestatteten Haus sind der tolle Außenbereich mit wunderbaren Terassen und Essplätzen, herrlichem Pool und schönem Garten jeden Kilometer wert. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität, einzig die beiden Schlafzimmer im Soutarrain waren so nicht ganz real beschrieben. Die Betreuung durch Rena war mehr als außergewöhnlich, sie stand uns jederzeit und unglaublich freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich würde das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eva Ollertz

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.
