Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door. There is a private entrance w/keypad. Code is changed for each guest

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Only 5 miles from the Denver exit of the PA turnpike. 40 minutes from Hershey Park, 20 minutes from Sight and Sound and All major Amish Country attractions and 10 minutes from Antique shopping in Adamstown. Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away.
