The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travellers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is only a few minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in every respect in accordance with the description. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

The accommodation was clean, modern and located in a very quiet environment, perfect for resting. Everything necessary was present, which made the stay very comfortable. The host, Gaby, was particularly friendly. In addition, the flexible check-in was a real plus. I recommend it without hesitating!

Great location, well named! Small cocoon with everything you need for 1 to 2 people. We spent 3 days in a wow setting! Between lake and mountain. The calm and the greenery were on the agenda, and it was very refreshing. We recommend this charming studio to anyone looking for the mountain spirit. David & Muriel
