It was a very comfortable stay, in a very nice, clean and spacious house, it has everything you need in the kitchen and rooms. It's very close to downtown, so you can walk. Rogelio answers all questions quickly and is very friendly.

Jaime and his wife Liz were very welcoming and friendly!The house is in a great location where it is quiet and peaceful! The house is very cozy and imbued with an atmosphere of love and care❤️every day you can enjoy the rustling of trees and peaceful silence basking in the sun with a cup of coffee,and in the evening sit by the fireplace or look at the stars. The kitchen is comfortable, there is everything you need for cooking. Also a huge plus for guests with children - washing machine and dryer! Goats, chickens, and deer also live on the property. All animals are friendly and give a lot of positive emotions! Nearby there are neighbors ready to help in any matter, every morning a young man came who took care of animals and the area around. He also brought us fresh chicken eggs and fresh milk. 20 minutes from the house there is a village where you can buy everything you need. All people are very friendly. This house is just a wonderful place for those who want to relax in silence and comfort! I would like to come there again with my family!❤

The apartment is totally recommended, very comfortable and private. We were able to enjoy the accommodation very much throughout the stay. The terrace is excellent. Everything is very close to the subdivision where the apartment is located.

The stay was NICE, the apartment is beautiful much more than in the photos, it has everything you need, the super comfortable beds, hot water, you enjoy bathing! The host's service is excellent. We will be staying again. We were delighted with the attention and the place. Super close to the village (10 min walk). In front there is a shop and half a block away is another, where you can find what you need. Area is very quiet. Our sleep at night was pleasant. THANK YOU yellow estate for this pleasant vacation! ❤️

We were delighted with this place, it is close to the village, very quiet area that you can enjoy being on the terrace with an amazing view!!! The guide Gaby shared to me was as described the place and instructions for entry to the subdivision. The chalet has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and has a fire pit inside the chalet and on the terrace as well. I'll be back soon!! Thank you Gaby.

It exceeded our expectations, it is a very nice and quiet place, it is just as nice as the pictures and very well equipped. They welcomed us very kindly and were attentive to what we might need.

I really liked the truth, the place is quite good even though we had internet connection issues. Other than that, it's very comfortable, everything is super close, the town... the shops, tours etc. I would definitely come back :)

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

Very nice and comfortable cabin in the forest with a beautiful view, you see the volcano of Colima in the distance next to the sunset. The staff attended us very well, Andres was always attentive and very accommodating. There is a store on site, a mini super nearby, and La Valenka restaurant is 10 minutes away and I highly recommend it. Internet and telephone signal are cut off. The road to get there is a cobblestone with many bumps and stops and the entrance is a very steep descent. Otherwise I have no complaints, we stayed almost a week and didn't want to go back

The hosting place was amazing, we loved it because it was just what we were looking for. Also, Jessica's attention was wonderful. The place was perfect since it was not very central, as it didn't seem right for the place to be downtown. We didn't think it was right. We had everything nearby to cook on site or go to a restaurant.

Excellent hosts, very attentive at all times and attentive to any situation, the place is very nice, everything in its place and everything is very clean, ideal for a romantic evening and spending a pleasant time as a couple.

WOW! If you want a beautiful experience, this is it! The hacienda style house was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. A tropical garden on the lake. We stayed in April and were very comfortable without air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and large windows that open. It is very secure with high stone fencing around the property and wrought iron grates outside the windows. We were very comfortable leaving our windows open at night and enjoyed the beautiful bird song every morning. Even if you are not a bird lover, you will love the sounds and colorful sites of the birds. The beds were super comfy and the linens were super crisp AND soft (how do they do that?) Within 10 minutes, you can walk to a wonderful large grocery store and several good restaurants as well as the bus stop. Hector supplied us with yummy coffee and 5 gallon jugs of water for the hot & cold water dispenser. It was so nice not to have to haul water. Many thanks to Hector for everything. 🙏
