The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description with the addition of fans in each room, very useful in this period of high heat. The flexibility for check-in and check-out was very convenient. We booked for a private event that was 10 minutes away by car, so a perfect location in this setting.

We were hosted very well by Isabelle! The house is very nice and the location peaceful. We had a great time , I would recommend it without hesitation.

We are very happy with our weekend at Guilhom. He is very attentive, very attentive to his residents. The house is very nice, the rooms are bright, the terrace area is appreciated (and we even have access to its garden so that the children can play ball). The only small problem is the location of the house near a highway. We recommend Guilhom and his accommodation

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city centre), quiet and beautiful. The house was small but incredibly functional — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. The location was also great: just a short walk to the railway and bus stations, with shops and a market nearby. The lake was only about 10 minutes away on foot, which made for lovely walks. Perfect for a short or solo stay!

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

We stayed 1 week with friends for the Annecy festival and everything was great, easy to access bus, on foot too, I recommend it!

Stayed at this place for the Annecy festival and it was a great apartment to stay and relax after a long day out. The apartment is nice and cosily small yet still have everything you need! Only being a 10 min walk from the city centre and park, it’s a great apartment to stay at if you’re travelling solo or with too! The hosts are lovely and very responsive so big praises to them!

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few metres in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city centre. From our side, there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
