We offer a cozy apartment with a private bathroom (with a washer-dryer), bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English and Bosnian.

The 43 m2 apartment, renovated in early 2024, is centrally located at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park, and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz - all sights and universities are easily accessible. The accommodation is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Baker and café are just around the corner.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
