New fully equipped kitchen, large living room. Upstairs, accessed by a staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. At the back of the house, there is a large private garden with a table, chair, barbecue and a view of the mountains. Private parking space in front of the house.

It is located at an altitude of 800 m in a typical village of the Bauges Nature Park. You'll find direct access for mountain hiking or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the middle of the mountains.
