Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Rated a 4-star tourist accommodation in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Welcome to L'Écrin Nath'Ure, a cosy little duplex nestled in a green setting, overlooking Lake Lit au Roi with a breathtaking view of the Grand Colombier. Thanks to its two large bay windows, the chalet is bathed in light and offers a soothing panoramic view of the mountain and the surrounding nature. Just a few metres from ViaRhôna, L'Ecrin Nath'ure is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. You can also meet our three adorable sheep — Brownie, Olga and Pelote!

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Birds of prey and other birds can be seen there frequently, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.

Just for you 75 m2 cottage by the river in a quiet environment between Annecy and Geneva and close to tourist spots You will enjoy 2 outdoor terraces, one of which is sheltered in a 5000 m2 park a real cocoon of tranquility in the heart of nature for a return to the sources and a disconnection during a stay. No pets are allowed due to the proximity of a stud farm and the passage of horses on the road.
