Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Entlebuch District

We really enjoyed our week in the house of Martin and Christine! Our boys loved their room where they could play with the toys. The very close by playing ground and football pitch is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for the stay!

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

We had the pleasure of staying at Theres' lovely home for three days, and what a peaceful little getaway it was! We had to make a few changes to our booking, and she was super kind and flexible about it—something we really appreciated. She even picked us up from the station, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Theres is truly a kind soul, and her home reflects that warmth. The place is serene, surrounded by beautiful views that instantly put you at ease. The rooms were spotless, the furniture cozy, and the kitchen had more utensils than we knew what to do with! We felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back again.

Me and my friends loved our stay at Judith's and Simon's place. It is such a lovely old style chalet, very well equipped, and so cozy, that we felt right at home. The hosts are also such nice people and welcoming. Staying here definitely made our roadtrip to Switzerland more special. We definitely recommend it.

What can one say about staying in a greenhouse?! Lots, I suppose, but I'd say that we had a lovely evening and morning here. The beds were super comfy and the enclosed part of the "apartment" was climate controlled, airy, open, and spacious. The kitchen is out in the greenhouse and though we did only limited cooking, found that a blast! A brief rain made for a delightful sound from the greenhouse roof. The kids adored having horses (regular size and mini) right outside and the faint tinkling of the nearby cow's bells was charming. Also, nice views! I just want to come back in winter to enjoy the "hotpot" and fire burning stove!

She’s a really nice person, and her husband is too. They had so many stories to share with us, and it was really interesting. Loved the place and the location. I would definitely recommend it to others and would come back again if we return to Switzerland.

Such a beautiful and quiet place to stay in. The apt was absolutely charming, comfortable, and spacious! You also get a discount going up a gondola that's right next door! I think my only complaint is that the shower was a little claustrophobic. Could help if there's a glass door rather than a curtain. But other than that, it was an amazing stay!

The apartment is really nice and we felt right at home, which was not least due to the warm welcome from Susanne and Maarten. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you have almost everything you need for a short break. The location is an ideal starting point for excursions into nature, as well as to Lucerne! Shopping facilities, as well as nature (with Lake Baldeggersee) are in the immediate vicinity. If we ever take another trip to Lucerne, we'd love to come back!

Me and my friends wanted a base in central Switzerland to explore the nature. Jacqueline’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for; beautifully located in Brienz with waterfall views, proximity to the lovely turquoise lake and a fully equipped home, the accommodation was everything one could desire. Will stay here again if I come back.

Lisa's airbnb was absolutely fantastic. Situated in Beatenberg about 20 minutes bus from Interlaken West station, it was the perfect base for our Swiss Holiday. The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and had all you need for a self catering stay as well as some basic supplies (oil, salt and pepper etc). It also had fantastic views, it does have lake, mountain and valley views and its great to watch the sunrise/sunset from the balcony. Lisa was a great host, answering any questions that we had and giving clear instructions on how to find the apartment and how to access the Beatenberg Guest card for discounted/free travel and activities. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of five (one infant). It has a separate entrance for guests and dedicated parking space. Kitchen is complete with all the appliances & utensils. Elisabeth was super nice and friendly. She brought our kids to see the animals and they love it. She provided some groceries n chocolate and she even baked bread for us. hopefully we have the opportunity to stay here again.

The bijou was spectacular with nice views of the river and mountains. Clean, neat and well decorated.

Hanna and Ernst where the perfect hosts. They were there to greet us and there to farewell us. When we arrived, there were little Lindt chocolates and fruit for us to have and Hanna also gave us a sample of her homemade rhubarb cake. The scenery from the windows was breathtaking and they also had an outdoor area for us to use. Anything you need to know about the area, they were able to help. Thank you for having us in your home.

My family stayed here for 2 nights in the Villa. This was the most enjoyable stay we have ever had. It is an old villa in a large garden right next to Thunersee. The garden is well maintained with many trees and fully equipped for outdoor activities. Xenia is extremely friendly and guided us enthusiastically. The special thing is that there are other tenants who will stay with you in this villa. We were lucky to meet 2 wonderful friends in the room next door. We had a cozy dinner with Xenia and these friends. What a memorable experience. This villa is very suitable for those from other cultures who want to experience the old European royal style.

Ray's has an amazing special hostel and it's truly great to stay here! I stayed for only one night, but when I came in, I was instantly greeted and given a tour of the house which is very luxurious! It was great meeting the other people staying there and the view in the morning is truly amazing! I will definitely come back next time I stay in Switzerland!

Perfect, cozy place to stay outside of Interlaken

Our stay was truly beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our host and family and had all of the things we wanted and needed. We were able to get to local places easily, had a comfortable bed and room, and were able to use the kitchen to make a few of our meals. We felt right at home. The beautiful surroundings were so peaceful we enjoyed a rainy afternoon in the sunroom.

Xenia's home is simply breathtaking. What an oasis of tranquillity and beauty in the incredibly peaceful surroundings that Lake Thun offers! Our family (2 + 2) loved the character of the house, the lakeside activities with the nice weather we had that the kids especially loved, the playful Sunny, the sense of community with Xenia and other travellers, and the local sights and sounds. We were sad to leave but dankeschön and hope we can return some day!

Great spot, nice view and people

This is one of the most unique places I have ever been to. All of the worries of sharing a bathroom, kitchen and space were so quickly to disappear as the second you enter the door you feel at home. The house is huge, filled with hidden gems and the most beautiful garden right on the lake. We traveled with our one year old boy and he absolutely loved every second. Xenia has toys and a baby chair and everything you might need. It has honestly been a stay to remember. Xenia was the most welcoming gentle host. You really feel like she is letting you stay in her own home. One thing that’s important to say is that the check-in is at 17:00 and you cannot stop by the store your luggage first so make sure you have a plan if you need one beforehand.

Especially the🌄 hilltop lake view breakfast & Gerti's “sealed” latte: this is definitely the highlight of this stay!In the morning, while enjoying a delicious breakfast in the top floor restaurant, I enjoyed the picturesque mountain and lake scenery outside the window, feeling that time slowed down, and my body and mind were extremely relaxed. It was really too comfortable!Even more surprising is the handmade latte coffee from the host, Gerti. Without exaggeration, this is the best latte I've ever had!** ☕️ Mellow and rich, with a silky smooth taste, bursting with happiness!I strongly recommend that friends who stay here must experience it!
