My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a dip or a lovely outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. There is also another accommodation available for rent on the property if there are more than four of you. You are most welcome!

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.
