Charming little guesthouse in our garden. 10 minutes walk to Stuvsta station with commuter train to Stockholm city. The guesthouse has a living room with kitchen, one bathroom and one separate bedroom. Fully furnished with a continental bed (120 cm), wardrobe, sofa and kitchen table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. The cottage is built for one person to live comfortably, but there is a sleeping loft for 2 extra people - however, with very limited ceiling height. Note: No parking!

Here you live close to nature but still close to the city's pulse. The apartment, which is 80 sqm, is located on the ground floor of our basement house. The home has its own entrance, is fully equipped and has the possibility of extra sleeping space if necessary, for example, if you are traveling with the whole family. If needed, we can also put in an extra bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and washing machine. Lovely patio on its own porch. Close to transport Around the corner is a very popular sushi shop. Bakery and grocery store at 5 minute walking distance. Large green areas are close by.

Viveks lägenhet A nice and cozy apartment with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short as longterm. The apartment is just over a year old, everything is new and fresh, the bus stop is right outside, which goes, among other places, to Älvsjö Station were the Commuter train goes to Arlanda airport. But the Metro station (Högdalen or Bandhagen) is only 8 minutes walk distance from the apartment, and then 19 minutes to StockholmCity. In Högdalencentre there is all the service you need.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Lovely mini house of 30 square meters, built in 2022 and located on a property with a larger house occupied by a family. The accommodation offers a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Upstairs is a 160 cm bed, sofa bed downstairs. The nearest commuter train station is Älvsjö and the nearest subway station is Fruängen. Both are easily reached via a short bus ride. By car, you can reach central Stockholm in 10 minutes.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.
