To the rear of the cottage is the iconic 140 mile C2C cycle path, which can be walked & leads into the coastal town of Whitehaven. Ennerdale with its beautiful remote & deep glacial lake, is only 5 miles away.

Nook Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom cottage and we look forward to welcoming you. The cottage is a home away from home offering lounge area for relaxing after walking on the fells. Diner/kitchen with over, fridge freezer & microwave. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower over bath & WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms:one has double bed & 2nd with small double. Also upstairs is a separate WC. Views to Ennerdale fells from front bedroom & views to the sea from the rear. Small rear seating area.

Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.
