Charming Holiday Home located in the authentic Sicilian village of Collesano. Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.

The appartment is located on the second floor of an antique building. It has a very broad living room with very high decorated ceiling, a small kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. You'll also have a small balcony for an open air retreat. This appartment is perfect for a couple retreat or for a small family.

The very central structure (work completed in May 2024) has undergone renovation regarding not only the aspects of improving design, comfort and services, but also energy efficiency. The property is part of an ancient building complex, which until the early 1900s included the Convent and the Church of S.Agata, which were subsequently demolished. From the balcony of the room overlooking Via V. Emanuele in front of the municipal library, you can watch every demonstration.

In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
