Family-friendly holiday rentals in Enna

We had a great time. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The road was not as bad as advertised in the reviews. The accommodation, as well as the amenities allowed us to have a pleasant stay.

It's a beautiful guesthouse surrounded by nature, farm animals and amazing views. Our girls especially enjoyed their experience of feeding donkeys, horses and local cats. We had a lovely dinner in the evening and a buffet style breakfast with a variety of local bread, cakes, fruit etc. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet stay surrounded by nature.

This is a stunning beach house perfect for a summer vacation. It boasts a large, beautifully maintained garden, creating a peaceful and private oasis. The highlight is the big, sparkling pool surrounded by comfortable loungers, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The patio, equipped with a dining area and barbecue grill, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living for enjoyable alfresco meals. Adding to the charm is the very hospitable owner, who took care of us throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

Very nice accommodation, faithful to reality. Idyllic location with sea view. The pool is well maintained (an employee visits every Saturday, it's quick). A secondary space is also rented above but the two are distinct. The interior that remains quite comfortable is starting to age a little. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with our 3 kids. Great place. Definitely a steep windy road to get to it but amazing views once there. Need a car for sure but perfect for 2 days. Hot tub was great. Kids might get bored if we spent longer there. Clearly can't walk to beach etc. But perfect for 2 days and get away from the town etc.

Dario was a great host, helping us into the property and helping out with queries about the local area throughout our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location with easy access to many great restaurants and shops

Thankyou Rosa we had a lovely stay in the beautiful Castelbuono. We enjoyed the views of the mountains from the balcony and the peaceful surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed and made for a comfortable home from home stay.

We spent two nights at Roberto’s place. It’s very peaceful and beautiful. It’s close to a good supermarket but you do need to have a car as it’s too far to walk into the old town of Piazza Armerina. Roberto had left plenty of different breakfast choices so we wanted for nothing. The old town is lovely with a nice choice of restaurants.

Stefano is a great host: from the moment he was very welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home: the area is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The apartment is well organized, clean, cared for and cozy. An ideal place to visit the wonderful surroundings and rest. Too bad we have to leave!

The hosts were warm and friendly and proactively helped us with a lot of problems and the people in the town were friendly and we were welcomed a lot.

one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. great host, very personable, always responsive. we had a bit of problem finding the GPS pin, maybe because US cell roaming was not great. but pietro was right there to talk us through it until we found the place. absolutely loved he accommodations. so lovely to wake up at sunrise and listen to the birds, look out over the countryside. the casa had AC but we never needed it. pool was great. really one of the best airbnb we've ever stayed in. perfect visit to Sicilian countryside

Wonderful - Ideal for a couple. We were greeted by Ileana’s lovely father, Gaetano who made sure we had everything we needed and left a cold bottle of local white wine in the fridge for us. The place is perfect - close enough to everything, yet quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds. The apartment is a really pleasant space to just hang out in too. The June temperatures were divine, and you can make the most of the cool sea breeze with so many windows looking out across different picture postcard views. At night the ceiling fan worked really well and we both slept extremely well in the comfy bed. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Carlo's accommodation was very quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. The check-in with Carlos' mother was very warm and uncomplicated despite language barriers (on both sides). All rooms are super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no AC for the bedroom(s), which is why it can get very warm in warmer temperatures. The terrace is shared with Carlos' uncle Alfredo, who is only outside for a few minutes a day. Alfredo is good at German, is very likeable and always up for a chat. He was never there overnight. The surroundings are beautiful, but not very touristy, which is why it is recommended to book a rental car and learn a word or two of Italian.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Lorenzo’s. The location is tucked out of the way, with amazing views and we had the pool to ourselves for the whole of our stay. The house itself is basic but had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed leisurely morning breakfasts on our patio and reading by the pool. We absolutely fell in love with Cefalù, although didn’t attempt walking in due to the heat, so we’d recommend having a car if you want to book here. If we’re being picky, it’s a shame that you can’t use the pool area during certain times of day, and we had to take our rubbish to the waste centre when we left which seemed a little strange to us. All in all, we would definitely come back - thank you Lorenzo.

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

The accommodation is just PERFECT: clean, cute, clean pool and cleaned every morning with an incredible view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. Marco and the parents in Margherita are very friendly. We enjoyed exchanging a few words with them. Cefalu is 10 minutes' drive away I can only recommend this place! Thank you

A private stunning location although the drive is tricky to negotiate and you could struggle if not used to driving off road. Also, which we loved, kitchen and bathroom basic not modern, no paper down the loo probably due to location, which is definitely worth it. Mosquitoes an absolute nightmare but that could be the time of year and obviously nothing to do with the host. Cefaula a lovely charming town with amazing restaurants and small independent shops.

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

We had a fabulous week in this peaceful and beautiful location. The house was well equipped and the pool area was very relaxing with stunning views towards Pettineo village and the hills and valley. An ideal place to enjoy the outdoors, there is an outdoor sheltered dining area and BBQ. You can walk into the village from the house where we found a lovely cafe/bar. Visited Palermo, Cefalu and The Valley of the Temples at Agrigento (allow at least 2 and a half hours to get there). You need a car to get about. Be aware of some winding roads and the track to the house and village is rough, but fine once you get used to it. Thank you Francesco, you were the perfect host!
