Great place to stay while in Sydney for work (or leisure). Location in Newtown is fantastic with easy access to top quality bars and restaurants and easy access to the city. Apartment is well fitted out and spacious and big balcony is plus.

My stay at Mitra's guesthouse was nothing but lovely! She was a gracious host who was extremely accommodating, and would check in so make sure I was comfortable. The accommodation is extremely clean and the bed comfortable. It is in a safe and secure area, and only a 10 minute walk to Newtown station and everything you need. Thanks again Mitra, would love to stay here again in future!

Clear introduction . Have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world n this is by far one of the best host I’ve come across . Super dog friendly some places they lie by saying dog friendly but then they attached all this unrealistic house rules n cleaning fee but Luke’s place was just amazing my two fur babies had a blast ! Once again thank you for making it so easy will definitely stay again !

Great central place in Marrickville. We were able to walk to local restaurants and also walked to the FactoryTheatre where we had tickets for a show. The apartment entryway was a little difficult to find as there were so many cars parked in the lane way but once we found it check in was really easy. Free parking in a carpark nearby was convenient too. Bed was super comfortable, the shower was great and the place was well equipped. The balcony was a great place to have lunch and a coffee. I would stay here again.
