B&B is located in fron pf the lake at only 7km from the Centre of Bellagio. All the room are with balcony or terrace on the lower floor overlooking the lake. A lovely beach with sun bed an kayak is just below the garden of the Nest. City tax of €1,5 per person a day is not included in the price and have to be payed on arrival in cash car park €15 a day

It is equipped with an infrared sauna, shower/WC and one to two balconies that promise a relaxing stay. A Swedish stove provides cozy hours before the warming fire. The Wangs-Pizol ski and hiking area is free of traffic and is located at 1500 m asl. At Haus Primula we rent single, double and quadruple rooms without meals and room service. The ski lift is 100 meters from the house. In summer, the 5-lake hike is popular.
