The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom, 140 x 190 cm, adjoining a shower room + toilet. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a 1-person bedroom of 120 x 190 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 3rd floor includes 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bed of 140 cm x 200 cm and a small living room with a sofa bed

Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark.
