Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

Wonderful place!! I was bigger than we thought. Cozy living room and kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garden with acces to the lake was amazing. Even 2 kayaks! Perfect place for 5 adults and 2 children.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles war makellos sauber. Die Einrichtung und die gesamte Ausstattung ist liebevoll und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation von Beginn an schnell und sehr informativ. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

L'appartamento è bellissimo: nuovo, ben arredato con cucina attrezzata di tutto, la camera da letto con un gradissimo letto matrimoniale con lenzuola di altissima qualità e bagno modernissimo. E' anche pulitissimo e con un meraviglioso balcone vista lago che abbiamo apprezzato molto visto il bel tempo che abbiamo trovato!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Das AirBnb war innerhalb unseres Italientrips die erste Station der Reise. Wir blieben dort drei Nächte und waren vollkommen zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Zwar ist es zu fuß circa 10 Minuten von den Restaurants und Cafés entfernt, was wir aber als kein Problem empfanden, da der Weg sehr idyllisch war. Die Unterkunft bot uns alles, was wir brauchten und war eine sehr gute Wahl. Könnte ich jedem weiterempfehlen, der ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Comer See sucht.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Die Wohnung von Niky entspricht total den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Toll war für uns die flexiblen Zeiten für An und Abreise, alles sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Tischchen auf dem schmalen Balkon ist für 4 Personen sehr knapp bemessen, wir waren aber nur zu zweit, von dem her hat er uns völlig ausgereicht. Die Schlafzimmer gehen in Richtung Straße, daher mussten wir immer bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen. Für uns waren die Betten leider nicht ganz so bequem (aber das ist ja immer eine persönliche Empfindung). Aber ansonsten können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Niky mehr als empfehlen

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the lake! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the water with stunning view. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved enjoying our breakfast & coffee on the terrace while taking in the lake breeze. Marica was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat close to nature.

Kaum zu beschreiben wie schön es in dieser Unterkunft ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail fehlt es an nichts. Romantische Stunden im Sprudel. Sterne beobachten in der Glaskupel oder nur in wenigen Gehminuten im kühlen Nass am Fluss. Außergewöhnlich schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir waren für 8 Nächte, Mitte-Ende August, im Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Marina, Antje und Andrea war überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Antje und Andrea sprechen Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu eingerichtet und hat uns vom Stil super gefallen. Sie ist einfach aber stilvoll gestaltet. Was man braucht ist da und auf Unnötiges wurde verzichtet. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand, den man sich ausschließich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Im Unterschied zu den öffentliche Stränden findet man dort auch Schatten und kann so leicht mehrere Stunden lesend und schwimmend verbringen. Der kleine Garten am Cottage bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Rückzug. Zu unserer Zeit gab es viele Stechmücken. Es scheint, die sind nur deshalb da, damit man sich noch nicht gleich ganz im Paradies fühlt. Das kleine Haus besticht durch seine optimale Lage mit gradiosem Panoramablick auf den Comer See und die Berge von der Terrasse aus, dem eigenen Garten, der direkten Strandlage und dem eigenen Pool, der im Gegensatz zu den Fotos noch verbessert wurde. Ansonsten geben die Bilder einen realistischen Eindruck wieder. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus wirklich klein ist und es direkt an der in der Hauptsaison sicherlich recht belebten Strandpromenade liegt; also man sitzt auf der Terrasse sozusagen fast auf dieser Strandpromenade, die aber nur für Fußgänger zugänglich ist. Dafür ist es dann aber auch nur ein paar Schritte zum Ufer und hinten raus hat man ja auch noch den schönen Garten und einen kleinen Pool ganz für sich allein. Und in der Nebensaison dürfte dies ohnehin kein Problem sein, es ist alles sehr idyllisch. Daher ist die Unterkunft ein wirkliches kleines Paradies und vermutlich die beste in der direkten Umgebung. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Möblierung könnte ein wenig anspruchsvoller sein angesichts des Preises, andererseits macht die phänomenale Lage dies locker wett. Die Kommunikation mit Rita war hervorragend und unkompliziert und wir können diese Unterkunft daher von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wir sind sehr froh, dieses Schmuckstück gefunden zu haben.

I very much enjoyed how cozy the location was with my two friends. However, I did not realize how much of a hike it would be to the cottage as well as the fact that the upstairs could only be reached through the outside.

Le logement est impeccable, très propre et suréquipé. Il est excentré et au calme, dans un cadre privilégié en bord de lac (petite plage privée et de beaux chemins de rando en partant de la maison). À 10 mn en voiture du centre et du port, de très bons restaurants à proximité (moins de 5mn en voiture) L’hôte Marina est au top, adorable et très serviable. Le + du + : TRÈS DOGFRIENDLY ils sont acceptés partout, tout le temps. Tout était parfait ;-)

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

la casa e' molto bella, curatissima e super pulita , si vede proprio che Cristina tiene tantissimo alla sua casa e al benessere degli ospiti lei e' stata molto gentile dandoci le indicazioni precise e accogliendoci i all'arrivo , siccome ho detto che sono freddolosa ci ha fatto trovare la casa bella calda il giardino e' magnifico tenuto alla perfezione , peccato che quando siamo arrivati pioveva ma come detto a Cristina torneremo il prossimo anno con la bella stagione Paola

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!
