Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Enjoy downtime in this stunning 2 storey ADULTS ONLY house with views to die for! Short 500m walk to the main street where there is everything you need. Very quiet location in a cul de sac. All linen and towels supplied. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite including a bath. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bedroom with the main bathroom, another lounge plus the laundry. There are decks both upstairs and down to soak in those views.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Situated 3km to city centre, has bikepaths to both Middleton beach and Emu Point. Clean, comfortable with heaps of room for the kids to play. Offers a large dam with kayaks and a paddleboat which is always a hit. A firepit and a bbq at night to finish off the day.
