Wakker worden met een adembenemend uitzicht op de omliggende natuur. Vanuit het privé zwembad en tuin met overdekt terras is er een prachtig uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Very nice White House, Finca Ibicenca type, in L'Estartit, with roof terrace, Menorcan aloe vera and olive tree garden, direct access to a common swimming pool, very wooded and quiet subdivision in a green area. The house is 10 minutes from the sea, with access by bike path or road, and access to shops 2 minutes away. L'Estartit is a classified nature reserve with its renowned Mèdes islands for diving. Nature is at the heart of this preserved village, with 400 km of hiking trails.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, there’s the municipal gym, which has an indoor swimming pool, and right next to it, there’s the tennis and padel tennis club, where you can hire a court to play. Our spacious villa, with a large private pool, an outdoor shower and many green outdoor terraces, is in a central yet idyllic location. There is also a barbecue area with Mediterranean-style seating. A place to feel good, artistically designed, with plenty of space and its own atmosphere. The Pyrenees on one side and the Mediterranean on the other. The villa is 3 km from the beach, The town of Rosas is 3 km away and Cadaques is 10 km away.
