The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Located 5 minutes walk from Lamastre with its local shops and markets (Tuesday/Saturday), it offers convenience and tranquillity. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds), bathroom. 1 kitchen. Terrace overlooking the wooded garden, with open views and access to the Le Doux river (small private beach). On foot or by bike you can stroll along the Dolce Via (90 km).
