Great accommodation, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a fantastic time in the villa. It's really even more beautiful than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Zara showed us the surroundings on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

Livio's place is located in a very peaceful town where there are vineyards nearby. it's pretty near to major attractions like Florence, Pisa, Siena, etc with less than 1 hour drive. The house has a full kitchen which we fully utilised to cook our dinner. oh a supermarket is nearby too if you're in need of something. Highly recommended to all who are looking for a near but yet far away from major attractions accommodation. thumb up!

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

The place was exactly as described, we had no issues. Simone was friendly and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and wineries to visit. The only real challenge was the three point turns required on the street when there were cars parked on both sides of the street (lol) but that’s a me problem. Thank you again Simone for everything!

This was my second stay at Cristiana's place and again, it exceeded expectations. The views from the home are pure Tuscany. Christiana is a generous host, providing a fully equipped kitchen, local olive oil to sample while there, and very comfortable, clean living spaces. As a host, Cristiana went above and beyond helping us with a difficult travel situation. She was prompt with her communications, researched solutions for us, and provided resources to help make our stay enjoyable. I can't thank her enough. I hope to return again next year.

Great stay in a lovely house. The house was super clean, coolly decorated and located in beautiful and quiet surroundings. There were many delicious restaurants in the area and a great starting point for going to a lot of delicious cities, the sea and nature. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We felt really welcome and couldn't have wished for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at this beautiful home. It is very comfortable. We cooked each night and loved spending time on the terrace in the afternoons. It is a perfect home base to visit Florence, Siena and all the other Tuscany towns. Roberto and his daughter Costanza greeted us with a bottle of wine made from grapes from their farms. I would love to come back.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Our stay with Marta and her family could not have been nicer. We felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment. The property is absolutely spacious, lovingly furnished, incredibly well maintained and run with love. Marta and her family are absolutely lovely and take care of their guests very nicely. All your wishes are fulfilled. The pizza evening was wonderful and a successful end to our stay. If you are looking for a dreamy, secluded Tuscan ambience and loving hosts, "Poggio del Fattore" is the right place for you.

The home was located about 1/2 mile from several quaint small towns. Many great restaurants and tours through the beautiful hills and wine country. Very relaxing for family, friends or just to see you unwind by yourself. I highly recommend this location. Take advantage of tours arranged by Nicollo'and his family. We had a ball! Thank you.

A beautiful place, beautiful surroundings, great hosts, great pool, just everything was perfect. Didn’t want to leave. Felt like home and couldn’t wait to get back there on the days we ventured out.

It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. A modern house in a quiet environment with beautiful views. Brigitta was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay.

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!
