The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Einliegerwohnung mit ca34 qm in einem Einfamilienhaus, in dem auch die Eigentümer wohnen. Extrem ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstraße. Separater Eingang von außen. 7 min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn. 25 min zum Hauptbahnhof München. 3 min zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Frisör...). 5 min zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte Fürstenfeldbruck. Wir sprechen auch englisch und französisch. Nichtraucher. Keine Haustiere. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation werden Flächen und Türklinken regelmäßig desinfiziert.

Liebe Gäste, von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Bhf Gernlinden. Mit der S-Bahn in 26 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und die Autobahn A8 ist 5,4 km entfernt. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Lidl, eine Pizzeria mit Biergarten und sogar ein kleiner Badesee sowie eine Freizeitanlage mit Bolzplatz. Schöne Ausflüge wie z.B. der Ammersee oder Wörthsee mit vielen Freizeitgestaltungen findet ihr ca . nach 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Zum Starnberger See ca. 35 Min.

It is perfect for big groups visiting beautiful Munich as well as the Bavarian uplands with castle Neuschwanstein! The spacious flat is providing ample room for up to 8 people. Haustiere nach Absprache Mobilitätseingeschränkten Personen und Familien mit Kleinkindern empfehlen wir das Schlafsofa Benutzung der Galerie auf eigene Gefahr.

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat noch ein kleines Stüberl mit direktem Blick auf die Amper. München ist nur 25 Min mit der S-Bahn entfernt und zum Bahnhof FFB fährst du Bus oder Auto, oder man läuft die 1,3 km. Parkplätze gibt es genügend - auf der Straße, direkt vor der Türe. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche / WC) und kleiner voll ausgestatter Küchenzeile verfügt über alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wohnen selbst im Erd-/Obergeschoss, sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Türkisch, und ein wenig französisch.
