The cottage offers 3 beds. It is heated with wood and has electric plates. Plus wood-burning stove. Your own spring water can be taken anywhere in the Brunner right in front of the house. Water is provided for daily use. Shower and toilet are located in the annex.

The apartment where the property is located has 154sqm. For rent is a simple place to sleep in the office (fold-out sofa) in a gallery apartment, in the heart of Langnau im Emmental. If you are looking, you could be in the right place. We are happy to listen to you, You can just feel comfortable in this spacious, lovingly decorated place. The room is on the first floor of a large original Emmental farmhouse. The guest bathroom is on the ground floor. It is shared with other guests. The toilet can be used on the upper floor. The house is located on the connecting road between Bern and Burgdorf. In front of the house, there is a bus stop. In the room there is also a baby cot. The room is accessed via an inside and via an external staircase. There is no elevator and no ramp.

It's a beautiful, quiet terrace apartment. I rent 1 room. The apartment includes the following: large terrace with herb garden and a view of the countryside, a large bathroom with jacuzzi, conservatory and much more. The property is located outside the center (Bern is about 20 minutes away). At the moment, the apartment is additionally shared with a weekly resident who stays here in this apartment mostly from Monday to Friday.

Nearly 1000 m above sea level, you will find peace, fresh air and great views. In a small, cozy and well-equipped caravan you can cook, sleep and relax. (+ room private use). Just outside the door we start hiking and biking. By car to Bern, Thun, Burgdorf is 30 minutes. Interlaken 60 minutes. Own mobility is an advantage. Nearest train station (Biglen)/shopping is 3km away. Pick-up from station possible.
