The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

In the heart of the major Baden wine-growing area surrounded by vineyards (only steps away), beautiful views of the Black Forest & a 13th century Medieval castle. Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. Japanese-style bedroom: fixed mattress 160 x 200 cm on Tatami mats (without slatted base), which lie on a 35 cm raised platform. Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Sun loungers in the garden can also be used. For small guests: baby nest or mattress to lay on, high chair, etc. See pictures in the listing.

This stylish 3-room apartment with 90 sqm of living space, completely renovated and refurbished, is perfect for solo travelers, couples, groups of up to 4 people and families. Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 x 200). Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 200) and small fitness corner with SlimBeam cable system, which is available to all guests with knowledge, various body tubes and a yoga/Pilates mat. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils.

Our apartment is located in Emmendingen – in the middle of the Freiburg region in the southern Black Forest. Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

Nearby there is a quarry lake (swimming is allowed)

Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and skiing, Freiburg is quickly accessible, the Breisgau S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. Waldkirch has been awarded the "Citta Slow" distinction since 2002 and is a small town worth living in with the tradition of organ building.

Wenn zwei Personen buchen sollten Sie sich gern haben, das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Küche ist nur für kleine und einfache Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Fragen beantworten wir jederzeit gerne.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.

Vacation home on farm (EuropaPark approx. 15 min)

Spend relaxing days in our 2.5 room apartment on the farm. The house is only about 15 minutes from Europa-Park and can be easily reached via the highway exit in Riegel. The Kaiserstuhl or nearby Freiburg are other popular destinations.
