Holiday rentals with a patio in Emirate of Umm Al Quwain

+ Great location and spectacular view from the 47th floor over to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and fountain (which is being renovated until Oct/2025) + 24/7 grocery shop right next to the building entrance + The appartment is in walking distance from the Dubai Mall with a wide selection of restaurants and multiple food courts + Large appartment for bigger families with 6 or more people + Comfortable couch in the living room (differs from the pictures as well as the seating chairs), large TV with PlayStation + Large swimming pool but quite busy after 11 am. + 24/7 gym next to the pool - Weak internet WiFi in the appartment, no Wifi signal on the balcony, TV with low YouTube resolution due to low internet bandwith - Beds and matrasses are somewhat too firm/hard - Missing some kitchen amenities like a desent cooking/frying pan (for eggs), dishwasher tabs, additional cups and glasses for larger families (generally, not enough dishes compared to the size of the appartment)

Irina's place is located right at the marina. Private parking spot is a plus. The swimming pool is big. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Irina is very responsive. I would recommend the place to anyone. I stayed with my two children and we had a great time.

Amazing host and property, Abdelaziz was very responsive and very helpful, the apartment itself is amazing and had all what we needed, plus an amazing view!

The property is located just a few minutes away from the beautiful Burj Khalifah, in a strategic location to visit Dubai's most famous destinations. Taxis pass under the house all the time and all this is very convenient. The apartment is cozy and equipped. Highly recommend!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Only stayed in room for about 6 hours but it was very comfortable.

A lovely little place in Business Bay, perfect for short term renting or a trip to Dubai. Mary was always quick to respond to any questions we had and the place was comfortable and clean. Pool area is really nice and reception staff were really welcoming. Definitely recommend 🙂

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

What a great place to spend a weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean and spacious. The pool is very big and so warm, which is great for all year round. The house is very private and we felt right at home. The guard Elyas was so helpful and kind, although the house is very private having someone to call when you need something was really great and he really went above and beyond! Big thank you Elyas 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this house it was really beautiful!

Apartment is nice and cozy. Would not fit four adults but fine for a family with small children. Great location. Superb observation deck on the top floor. Overall great communication with the host before and during the stay. Nothing to complain about at all apart from the fact that we came late at night and had to leave early morning but the hosts were ready for that.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Really nice, well furnished and neat apartment. Great host. The place has everyhing you need for a comfortable stay, a dedicated work-desk and a nice balcony with an amazing view of Dubai's skyline. Also, a rarity for Dubai, the building complex has a 24/7 supermarket, a barber, a pharmacy and couple of restaurants and caffes at the ground floor. I highly recommend it.

We travelled from Australia on a family holiday and are so glad we choose this amazing property. The location was great, the views amazing and most importantly, the photographs matched thr property. Highly recommend!!
