Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

Very nice house, even better than the photos! Great host and adorable Daisy made our stay that much better. I went there with a couple of friends, thanks to Richard we felt right at home. The yard with the barbecue is really cool and honestly we had absolutely nothing to complain about. With the beaches, parties and restaurants recommended by Richard will be definitely going back there again!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

Great stay! Clean place with great views. Rami was super kind and helpful. Even on Eid which is a holiday for everyone, he personally came and assisted us. Highly recommend 121 Living as hosts!

Fantastic Apartment in a Convenient Location.

A perfect apt with most necessities provided. I liked the location on the main floor so not having to take elevator. Good parking. Easy to drive to the beach! I would certainly stay again.

I spent 5 weeks here. During check in we had a few issues but Geofrey and the team were amazing in taking care of things asap. Great communication and service. A nice spot to calm your energy and enjoy the lagoon. Thank you.

appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire machine a café expresso, machine a laver, grille pain, mixeur, tout les ustensiles nécessaire et inimaginable. la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 22h, propre avec une vue sur le burj et la petite marina (exceptionnelle). cette étage dispose d'un jacuzzi peu fréquenté, une salle de sport, hammam, sauna. Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall. il y a une supérette ouverte 24/24 au pied de l'immeuble, vous pouvezacheterune glace ou un paquet de cigarette a 4h du matin. L'hôte est au petit soin soucieux de notre bien être, très réactif et qui vient aux nouvelles. je recommande sans hésiter, j'aurais aimé y habiter, je suis chanceux d'avoir eu la bonne pioche. et si je devais y retourner je reprendrai le même, super expérience. Hi we had a great stay at Randa’s place.. Felt like home and it was squeaky clean..we loved our stay!! 24hrs check in would have been a great option as most other airbnbs provide that. Other than that we felt like home at your place and we loved it! Thanks randa for this beautiful place of stay😊
