Holiday rentals with beach access in Emirate of Umm Al Quwain

Karen is a good host, she answers all questions and is always there for you. The place is nice just like pictures, just take into account that there are constructions going on all day and night but if you close the windows you will not hear anything. If you have a car the place is good for you there are taxis also Alhamra mall is nearby by car/taxi Thanks karen

Excellent communication from the start to finish. Christine was incredibly friendly and flexible from the get-go. She made everything very easy and answered any questions I had really quickly. The apartment had the beautiful balcony views of the sea . The pool was a good size with loungers and umbrellas. This must be accessed from floor P2. It is a bit of maze to get in and out if you try to walk around inside the building grounds. P1 is the exit to street floor and not G (ground floor?) Underground parking provided which kept the car cooler. There is a little shop under the apartment which was great for breakfast pastries. The was a welcome bottle of fizz and chocolate which were a nice touch. All toiletries provided and extra towels available. Lovely morning / evening beach or golf course walks. Very safe, quiet and a very big area to explore. Be mindful of where you walk with the many birds perched around the roofs of the buildings. I would definitely return again. Loved it!

I had an amazing stay! The restaurants below the apartment block and the private beach are amazing. The apartment itself is so clean and well put together. I totally recommend it to anyone! Juliia's response time to guests is brilliant. The hot water cylinder leaked and after mentioning it, was replaced the same day while I was away (as arranged), and you would never be able to tell anyone was there! Thank you so much for sharing your apartment with me for the last month!

- I can't describe how lovely amazing stay in Ben place was, I enjoyed the 3 days in every minute, everything u would ever need will find in Ben's place.. - Heaven view of sea water and sunshine everywhere from any place at the apartment. - Ben's very nice host, responsive and supportive made my stay very smooth ❤️ - Highly recommend and it would be my usual place to stay later ❤️

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

a great place to stay if you're in Ajman. host is very responsive and the place is great with multiple choice of eateries, groceries and public transport.

Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

Adrian’s smooth and prompt communication made the booking process easy and efficient, free from any complications or delays. Upon arrival, I was given a warm welcome and comprehensive instructions on using the property. The space’s impeccable cleanliness and lovely decoration created a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The amenities were superb, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a gym! It was ideally situated, a short walk from the beach and a five-minute drive to shops and restaurants. The area was great for families, easy to explore, and had abundant parking. Although I was there for meetings, the cozy environment, stunning beach and sunset views, and convenient location made it feel like a vacation. My experience was terrific from start to finish and far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Adrian and his properties. I loved my stay and plan to return.
