It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and private parking. You will find yourself immersed in a suggestive atmosphere typical of the Versilia countryside, all just a few minutes away from the center of the "little Athens" and five minutes from the sea of Forte dei Marmi.

Annex - Country cottage

Cà Littoria is a 1900 country house, located on a quiet hill with a striking view of the valley overlooking the Panaro river. It has 9 hectares of land owned by us, where you can take countless walks along paths, roads, woods, and depending on the season, spot hawks, owls, squirrels, roe deer, foxes and wild boars. Our guests will stay in the annex, the owners live in the adjacent part.

Cozy nice cottage newly renovated with amazing panoramic view, in the heart of Tuscany. Few meters from the pool ( shared with other few guest) with private garden and patio. Inside you have a small kitchen and private parking. We are wine producers, if you are interested you can book a private tour in our cellar and winetasting after. We serve breakfast and dinner upon request.
