I was in Florence for studies and despite the need to stay only one night, I was completely satisfied. The Duomo room is really very nice, and I particularly appreciated the design; it also has all the essential amenities. The "automated" check-in and check-out system is really very effective, however, if you need the host is always available to the contacts that will be communicated. In addition, the location is also extremely convenient as the property is perfectly located in the center of some of the main places in Florence, such as Palazzo Vecchio, the Cathedral and the Basilica of Santa Croce. I would therefore recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent. The garden was a lovely bonus, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Room was gorgeous as well as clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were especially great! Instructions for check in were clear and they were very welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Manarola! The woman who checked us in and out was extremely helpful - she even helped us arrange the train and hiking passes which was great. The shared terrace was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the view while eating lunch. Staying here made it very simple to see all of the towns of Cinque Terre by hiking and train. The apartment itself was comfortable. Also so unique with the cave wall!

Since we had a car and luggage, our instructions were to come to the rear side of the property and it was a bit hard to find, but a friend of Alessia not only met us on the street but helped carry the luggage to the apartment, which was very helpful since there were lots of steps to climb. She also made recommendations for dinner and breakfast. This was a beautiful apartment with a very kind and responsive host.

The location of this Airbnb is simply perfect — just a few steps from the Duomo and very close to Florence's main attractions. It was a delight to be able to explore everything on foot. The apartment is charming, it was clean and provided us with a comfortable stay. However, there are two important points to consider. The first is that the apartment is on a high floor and has no elevator. There are many flights of stairs, which can be quite tiring, especially if you have large suitcases or after a full day of walking. The second point is that there was a strong smell of sewage in the room for a good part of the time. Interestingly, when the shower was turned on, the smell decreased, which indicates that it may be a plumbing problem. These two factors compromised the experience a little. Still, if location is your priority and these points are not a major inconvenience, it is worth considering. With minor adjustments, it would be an excellent stay.

A beautiful place just a few steps from Santa Maria del Fiori, it's ideal for going out at night, the price and location are the best, and the place is very, very nice

Comfortable bed and a nice garden to chill

Gorgeous little spot on top of the hillside. It’s a hike to get up there but the view from our room made the up and down worth it.

For our purpose of short stay it was a very good choice. The room was exactly as seen on photos, parking easy and the location at convenient distance from the city center. The room was charming and decorated with eye for detail- couldn’t wish for more!

Villa Sofia is a beautiful newly renovated home that has elegant and well-kept rooms. There is a niceatmosphere of Versila and everything contributes to making the guest feel good, from the exquisite welcome and availability of Madame Sofia, very kind and precise, to the care of the rooms and their details, of charm and refinement. A great experience, I will certainly be your regular guest.

Great room in a fabulous location near the Duomo. Nicely redone bathroom. Super walkable and reasonably priced.

The room looked just like on the pictures, the private terrace and the view too. The room was smaller than we had imagined, but nice. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful, they provided us with all the necessary information. We had excellent breakfasts at the nearby hotel recommended by the host, it was worth paying for.
