This is one of the best locations in the Bay Area! Bottom unit of a two story duplex (Unit B). The unit gets great sunlight and has an open and accommodating floor plan with a shared backyard. Very close to cafes, restaurants, shops, art, gyms, farmer's markets and much more. It's one easy walkable mile to/from the Ashby Bart Station. Easy access to Temescal, Emeryville, Downtown Berkeley and UC Berkeley, Downtown Oakland, and Lake Merritt. Just about everything you could want is in this city.
