A new and spacious villa in the settlement of Shalafim in Emek HaMa'ayanot - the villa is designed in an eclectic modern style. The villa overlooks the Gilboa Mountains. The villa is very clean and well maintained. The property has - a spacious living room, a kitchen facing the view - the kitchen is fully equipped and kosher, 4 bedrooms/playroom and a creative corner, a family room + TV (Cellcom TV and NETFLIX, WiFi), a laundry and dryer service room, a spacious green lawn and orchard (a variety of trees), a fireplace, a new and equipped outdoor kitchen, a sitting area with a swing, a huge trampoline, close to an amusement park, within 10 minutes of all the springs in the area. A pastoral and quiet atmosphere.

Includes a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (without a stove), and the option to add mattresses in the living room in case of arrival with children. In the courtyard you can enjoy a fitness corner and in addition, a separate yoga studio where classes are held every morning (can be booked in advance). The place is ideal for those looking for a relaxing hosting experience, with a combination of exercise and health. (It is important to emphasize that this is a housing unit that I live in occasionally - and not Zamir - and therefore personal items are in the closets)
