Holiday houses in Emden

this is the third time we have used this place and we love coming down and utilizing this space

We had a relaxing time staying at this wonderful place for two nights. The house has plenty of space, was well-stocked and was quite peaceful. We particularly enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the back deck, where it seems you’re the only people in the world. The basketball court, swings and lovely sitting area by the pond were also a huge bonus in this space. There were multiple MASSIVE catfish and cute little fishies to feed and watch, which made it that much more special. Thanks for a great wonderful getaway!

This worked perfectly for our trip!

This is our second stay in two months. The home is so conveniently located, and there are at least 3 great restaurants within a few blocks. The master bathroom has two sinks and a very good shower with sliding glass door. There is an ample supply of very nice towels and adequate space to hang them. There is a huge walk-in closet with a good shelf for luggage adjacent to the master bedroom. We appreciated the availability of facial tissue in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a great coffeemaker which can accomodate either ground coffee with a filter or Keurig cups. The toaster and microwave are good, too. The kitchen appliances are spotless. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are terrific, and Tide liquid is available to use when one uses the washer. The team which manages this home are very responsive, answering any questions very quickly. They are a good team!

Marnie and Brian are phenomenal hosts - they treat you like you are staying at their own home! The amenities at this cabin are endless - I didn’t use half the stuff I brought. I was super anxious about having my very reactive foster pup with me and knowing that the treehouse also had guests with a pup during our stay but we never saw the other group. We could hear them down at the fire pit but otherwise you would never know someone else was staying at the property. Certain areas of the trails are marked for each listing’s use which helps keeps the groups separated. I never thought you could be so tucked away in nature with so many conveniences. If you are on the fence about booking either listing (we booked the treehouse to come visit in the future), just do it; you won’t regret it!

Dawn's place was exactly as described and pictured. I booked last-minute and Dawn was very responsive and provided all the needed instructions in a timely manner. It was perfect for one person. The place was pristine when I arrived. I had everything I needed for cooking a meal. It was quiet and comfortable. I wasn't able to take advantage of the location on the river this time but hope to return when I have a bit more time to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable and close to restaurants and stores. Kelly and Luis are great hosts.
