Hi. We rent out our house during the Christmas & summer school holidays, in a small subdivision close to the Embrun lake and its various water activities, children's games, etc. Supermarkets/bakeries, etc. 500 m away. Close to the resorts: Les Orres (22'), Reallon and Crevoux are 25' away -> the shuttle parking for the Les Orres and Crevoux resorts is 500 m from the house There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, others at the bottom of the condo!

In the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Lake Serre-Ponçon and ski resorts, you are offered a recently renovated 60 m² house. Shopping area within a 5-minute drive. On the ground floor are: the living room overlooking a terrace of 18 m², the equipped kitchen and 1 sleeping area. On the 1st floor are: 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony; 1 bathroom; 1 toilet. Bed linens are provided. The condominium is very quiet and has a private pool (open from June 15 to September 15).
