Beautiful home and great value for money. The layout of the home is great and you have a great view from the highest point in the estate. Very peaceful and the ostrich also seems right at home. The dams are well looked after and ample space for easy casting from jetty’s and almost every side of the dams. Dams did not seem well stocked with trout, probably being difficult due to the 3km dirt leading to the estate which is unfortunately in a very very bad state. But we still had a great time working on our casting techniques and having a braai at a picnic spot overlooking some of the dams

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage on the farm. The setting was idyllic surrounded by open fields and the sounds of nature. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially appreciated the personal touches (e.g fresh flowers) and how welcoming the host (Mike) was. Warm, responsive and respectful of privacy. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect, unwind and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility and a taste of countryside living.

Nice place. Clean. Hot water was hot and the kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes to cook or bake and a big refrigerator. WiFi worked well and there was a fireplace with some wood for a fire. Nice porch over looking the pond and pasture and a couple of ancient rock circles you can see up on the hill. The hosts are friendly and responsive and even got the neighbor to visit and show me how to fly fish. The pond has a ton of rainbow trout you can see eating bugs off the surface. I enjoyed the stay and the property and would stay again.

Amazing place! absolutely love it. Beautiful area and very peaceful. we didn't quite realize how bumpy the gravel road so does take a while to get there with a low car. But the extra time is so worth it. thank you for an amazing stay!
